With the Government announcing that New Zealand will be moving to Alert Level 1 on March 12th, we wanted to update you again on what we are doing in order to continue looking after your needs during this time.

Health & Safety 

We have continued to develop our Covid-19 response plan that, first and foremost, ensures the health and safety of our employees as well as the ability to continue to deliver and support the services you require for essential business continuity during Level 1.

Even with the change to alert Level 1, we are still conscious of the ongoing risk of COVID-19 to the public. With the lifting of most of the previous restrictions, we are effectively back to normal working conditions, but will maintain our vigilance and hygiene standards as required.

Ideally, we would like to maintain 2 metre distancing wherever possible, but understand that closer interaction is allowable and at times necessary.

Operations

Our yard will be fully open for container collection and drop-off from transport companies from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday (unless pre-arranged). 

Customers requiring sales and leases ideally should do so remotely by phone or email, but face-to-face sales onsite is now permitted.

Our sales and admin staff have ended remote working and returned to the CSL Offices. Please contact us as normal using our regular phone numbers or email addresses.

If you are transport driver, courier service, supplier or similar, when visiting us you can rest assured that we are back to normal now, but we've left in place sanitising stations and contact tracing is the normal procedures of QR Codes and/or visitor log books.
